Booking in for another person

Buying for other people can be a bit tricky. We hope this "how to" will help.
Best done on a computer
Buying something for another person only
This would be a situation like booking your child into a Children's Yoga term. You are not attending the class, your child is. You wish to pay for the service but put your child's name on the enrollment list.
Login to MindBody as yourself on your Yoga Spirit account and navigate to the event or class.
This can be easiest through a website or newsletter link that will filter the options for you and take you right there.
Hit the "Sign up now" button from the Event Schedule screen and arrive at the Make a reservation screen .
On this screen it asks if you want to make a reservation for yourself or someone else.
Default is "Myself" so change it to someone else. It will now ask you who that someone is. Enter their name.
Continue on to complete the sale.
Buying for yourself and another person?
This might be in a situation where you are booking yourself and another into an event or class, like into Soundbath!
In this case you will do exactly what you did above to book in another person. When you have loaded that item to the Shopping cart, you will see a huge button "CHECKOUT" but next to it the words "Continue shopping". Click there.
It will take you back to where you started and you can repeat it for yourself. You can do this as many times as you have people to book in.
When everyone you are reserving for is in the cart, then click CHECKOUT and complete your purchase.
Warning!
When enrolling into a course, event, workshop or retreat, you need to go through that event and "Sign up now".
If you go through "Online Store"and manage to simply purchase the item that way, we will not have you on the roster, and you are not actually booked in.
When you are properly enrolled, if you've given your email address you will receive a confirmation of enrollment as well as a payment receipt.
Wishing to buy an Intro offer once only item for yourself and another
We recently discovered that this is not possible as the system sees you as the purchaser and will only allow you to purchase it once. Please call the office or make the transaction next time you attend class (you can just rock up, bookings are not essential for ongoing classes).
The app is great but sometimes the good old-fashioned computer is best
And this is one of those times.
