Our staff also have skills in Meditation and Mindfulness, which have all been shown in evidence-based research to be effective in helping people heal from stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Yoga is often associated with stretching and flexibility. It is true that yoga does improve flexibility, but it is equally about strength, mindfulness in movement, and self-exploration.
