Sundays -9am-10.15am Hatha Yoga L2 and 10.20am-11am Himalayan Meditation
At Yoga Spirit, we believe in making the benefits of yoga and meditation accessible to everyone. Our vision is to provide a welcoming space where the community can come together to practice and grow. To fulfill this mission, we offer a couple of yoga and meditation classes in a week on a donation basis. This approach ensures that everyone can enjoy the numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga.
Our community yoga classes are open to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. You are welcome to join us, and you can bring your children aged 10 and above to participate in the practice. Our classes are designed to be inclusive and supportive, providing a nurturing environment for both adults and young people to explore the transformative power of yoga and meditation.
