Short Yoga & Meditation Courses
In addition, to drop-in yoga classes for ongoing yoga, Yoga Spirit Studios offers courses ranging from 4 to 8 weeks in duration that will teach you different aspects of yoga in a more focused way. In these courses, you will attend at the same time on the same day of the week for the duration of your course. These courses are of great value. They may include:
- Introductory Yoga 6-week courses - if you are new to yoga start here. These courses are rolled out throughout the year.
- Meditation for Beginners
- Yoga for Men
Other subjects will also be scheduled from time to time.
