Venue Hire at Yoga Spirit Studios, Torrensville

Yoga Spirit Studios has two lovely rooms that are available for hire at a reasonable rate.

Hiring our spaces

Yoga Spirit Studios will happily hire our spaces to you if your event is a good match with our values and present no risk to our good name, our venue, and our relationship with our landlord. We do not hire for parties.

When hiring any of the facilities of Yoga Spirit Studios you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below and in the Hiring Policy and Agreement document.

Please note that you must be covered by your own professional and public liability insurance

Shakti Practice Hall Availability (Main Hall)

We are no longer hiring the smaller carpet studio room.

Shakti hall (main hall) is available on weekdays- 12pm-5pm, Saturdays 1pm onwards and Sundays 11am-4pm.

If your event is not aligning with the availabilty please do not enquire about hiring.

Hire fees

Hire fees (excluding 10% GST and Yoga equipments)

Times must be calculated to include your setup and breakdown times. These times cannot overlap with Yoga Spirit Studios class times, which can be seen on our timetable on our website.

How to apply for hiring?

1. All enquiries must come via email with proper date and time at info@wim-wind.com, please note we might not answer all your questions over the phone regarding hiring as we always need to check the availibility of the hall first.
2. Your name, contact number and business name needs to be clearly mentioned  in the email.
3. Once we check the availibilty of the hall, we will send the hiring  form to complete. Form needs to be submitted with insurence.
4. Once we recive your form, we will send an invoice to make your advance deposite or full payment.

Terms and Condition

• A 25% deposit on the total anticipated hire fee is payable in advance to confirm your booking.
•   The full fee needs to be paid a minimum of 15 days prior to the date of booking.
•   Payments will be done via bank transfer (details will be shared personally).
• Minimum 2 hours of hiring is required to make any bookings.

• -Your check-in and Check out time is included in your total hiring hours.

•  Please note equipment is not included in the hiring fee. For euipment hiring please contact seprately.

• Key collection is the responsibiltiy of hirers.

• Cancellation Policy-
• Deposit is non-refundable if an event is canceled less than 1 month from the date of booking.
• If an event is canceled 7 days before the date of booking, the hirer needs to pay the full amount of hiring charges. (if not paid in advance).
• We do not participate in any advertising or marketing of the events held at our venue,therefore do not tag us on social media.
