Yoga Nidra for Deep Relaxation and Well-being
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) is a deeply healing practice that is based on the ancient teachings of Yoga and offers a therapy shown in evidence-based research to assist people with PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, insomnia, and other conditions.
Yoga Nidra might be the easiest and most supportive way to access deep states of meditation, perfect for complete beginners and cherished by the experienced. Typically practiced lying down position to induce a deeply relaxed state in which we are infused with well-being and able to meet and heal various unresolved issues and traumas. With experience, the meditator will be able to lead themselves into Yoga Nidra.
Currently, all our teachers incorporate a short relaxation at the end of their classes but a detailed Yoga Nidra practice can be attended at special events.
